Whether it's crafting 6-tier wedding cakes, angry bird grooms cakes, or providing fresh hand made bread for up to 1200 people a day, Emma's love and passion for her work shines through. Classically trained and with over 6 years of professional experience Chef Emma and Verbena can achieve any pastry goal you can imagine!
Scarlet Cashion - Scarlet is Verbena's FOH/General Manager. With over 12 years of FOH/Management experience, Scarlet allows Verbena to put on flawless and extraordinary events. She has worked in fast paced Irish Pubs and fine dining restaurants which include: The Inn at the Biltmore Estate and the Lake Lanier Tea House in Landrum, SC. Having worked at Southern Living's "best hotel in the South", Scarlet has created a standard of professionalism and perfection in Verbena Cakes and Catering. This standard comes through in every event we cater, whether its a plated dinner, backyard BBQ or a personal Chef dinner party!
